Clean, durable totes and equipment are delivered to your door. Delivery is free within 20 miles of Beaumont.
Pack your belongings, close the lids, stack securely, and move without cardboard box assembly.
Your rental period is 14 days from the delivery/start date.
Have the totes empty and accessible on your pickup date and we’ll collect them.

Outside the 20-mile free delivery area: $15 delivery + $15 pickup = $30 total.

We understand that moving plans can change. Because each reservation sets aside totes, equipment, and a delivery time specifically for the customer, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled delivery date may receive either:
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date are not eligible for a cash refund. The amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future rental, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time, including same-day cancellations or situations where the customer is unavailable to receive delivery, are non-refundable and are not eligible for rental credit.
Customers may reschedule their delivery one time without a rescheduling fee when at least 72 hours' notice is provided. Rescheduled dates are subject to tote and equipment availability.
Changes requested within 72 hours of delivery will be handled based on availability and may be treated as a cancellation.
Once totes or rental equipment have been delivered, rental payments are non-refundable. No refunds or prorated refunds will be provided for:
Customers may request an extension of their rental period at the applicable extension rate.
Totes To Go understands that unexpected situations can happen. Severe weather, emergencies, or other unusual circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Totes To Go reserves the right to offer a refund, rental credit, or rescheduled delivery when appropriate.
If Totes To Go is unable to fulfill a reservation and an acceptable alternative cannot be arranged, the customer will receive a full refund of the affected rental charges.

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:
You are responsible for all totes and rental equipment from delivery until pickup, in the same condition as delivered, normal wear excepted.
Damaged or missing items may be charged to the card used at checkout.
If you need more time, just let us know.
All totes must be empty, accessible, and ready for pickup. Fees may apply if items are not accessible. Do not use totes for hazardous materials, improperly sealed liquids, illegal contents, or other damaging uses.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Totes To Go is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the rental equipment, including loading, hauling, moving, or storage. You are responsible for safe use and for anyone you allow to use the equipment. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Equipment is delivered clean and usable. Contact us before pickup if you need an extension or change; additional charges may apply.
If items are not returned within 30 days of delivery and no extension has been arranged, they may be considered unreturned and replacement charges may be applied.
By checking the agreement box at checkout, the customer agrees to these terms.

At Totes To Go, we respect your privacy.
When you place an order or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and pickup address, and payment information processed securely through Stripe.
We use your information to process and fulfill rental orders, coordinate delivery and pickup, communicate about your rental, and send invoices, receipts, and updates.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment details.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information only when necessary to complete your rental service or comply with legal obligations.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
